Pat is survived by his loving wife Bev; children Kim Baltimore (Heather Plewes) and Terry (Brenda) Baltimore; grandson Logan Hadwell (Jade Lysyk); sister Sarah Odegard; brothers Elmer Baltimore and Ken Baltimore; sister-in-law Joan Baltimore; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends.

Pat is predeceased by his parents Martha and Edwin Baltimore; sister Trudy (Don) Bakke); brothers Earl Baltimore and Joe Baltimore; sisters-in-law Joy Baltimore, Marg Baltimore and Syneva Baltimore.
