Blair is survived by his loving family: mom and dad Harriet and Ritchie Chapman of Erskine; brother Mark Chapman (Pam) of Red Deer; nephews: Jade, Kaiden and Connor; niece Brooklyn; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, other family members and many dear friends.
