David is survived by his children: Floyd (Shiela) Vetter and Dolores (Pat) Cuthbertson; grandchildren: Jeff (Michelle) Cuthbertson, Kelly Vetter and Carley (Chad) Wittmark; great grandchildren: Presley, Tate, Raina and Weston; as well as other relatives and many dear friends.
