David is survived by his loving family:
wife Teresa Carstairs;
son Chris (Deb) Carstairs;
daughter Amy (Mike) Roberts and their children: Bella, Fred and Griffin;
brothers and sister and their families:
Garry (Barb) Carstairs, Wayne (Lynda) Carstairs,
Judy (Jim) McKnight and Ron (Cheryl) Carstairs;
all of David’s blended and extended families
and many dear friends and fellow musicians.
David was predeceased by his father George; mother Pat and nephew Ricky.
