In Loving Memory Of

It is with great sadness that the family of Theresa announces her passing on September 13, 2020 at the age of 91 years.  Theresa is survived by her loving daughter Patricia (Mark) Conrad of Stettler, AB; grandchildren Andrea (Craig) Veale, Mathew (Nichole) Conrad, Terri (Derrek) Minogue and Arthur Jackson; eleven great grandchildren; sisters: Angela (Alan) Peters of Windsor, ONT, Margaret Cottons of Vancouver, BC and Phyllis Combe of London, ONT; as well as other family and many dear friends.

Theresa is predeceased by her parents William & Louise O'Brien; husbands William Pate and Jack Fowler; daughter Brenda; son David; siblings:  Willy, Tom, Mary, Wilfred, Leo, Marie, Alphonse, Joe, Michael and Louise.

Interment will be held at the Forest Lawn Cemetery, London, Ontario at a later date.
