Obituary of Hugh Llewellyn Heaven

Hugh Llewellyn Heaven, 73 years of age, of Stettler, Alberta passed away with dignity on February 2, 2021.

Hugh was born on June 6, 1947 in Calgary, Alberta.  He was the second of eight boys, raised on the family farm at Shepard.

Hugh is survived by his loving family, sons Darcy (Sarah) Heaven and Derek (Laura) Heaven; five grandchildren: Matthew, Addison, Jewel, Celia and Charlotte; seven brothers; numerous sisters and brothers in law; nieces and nephews, best friend Maxine Towerton-Edgar; other family members and a host of neighbors and dear friends.

Hugh was predeceased by his beloved wife Karen Heaven (Nisgard); father William Heaven; mother Belle Moston (Hudson); stepfather Tom Moston; sisters in law Beverly Heaven and Joan Allonby and brother in law John Nisgard.

No Formal Funeral Service Will Be Held.

Donations in memory of Hugh are gratefully accepted to S.T.A.R.S., the Stettler Hospice Society or a charity of the donor’s choice.
