Bennie is lovingly remembered by his wife Shirley; son Weldon; grandchildren: Daniel (Jessica) Kary, Kyle (Robin) Bye, Steven Kary, Julia (Paul) Denyer; great grandchildren: Eve Bye, Emma Denyer, Fletcher Bye, Jacob Bennie Denyer; brother: Richard Kary; sisters: Edna Caseley and Harriet Peters.
Bennie is predeceased by parents Jacob and Pauline (nee Schrader); brothers: Herbert and William; sisters: Helen Lennox and Linda Wallace; daughter: Susan Kary Bye; granddaughter: Patricia Bye and daughter in law Diana Kary.
Memorial contributions may be made in Bennie's memory to the Veteran Cemetery or to S.T.A.R.S.
