Dear Penny and family, I am sorry for your loss. Vic and I worked together off and on for more than thirty years in the pipeline business. Vic was a good, honorable person. He always had a smile on his face, stayed calm and cool, even when things weren't going well. Vic was highly respected by coworkers and the contractors. He worked hard, knew his job very well and expected the same from others. He loved his white Dodge trucks. He will be missed by all who knew him.
