Michael (Mike) is survived by his loving family, siblings: Florence Cook of Edson, Robert (Starr) Desilets of Gadsby, Louise Land (Tony) of Edson, Rita (Allan) Hennel of Stettler, Yvonne Desilets of Edson, best friend Jackie Desilets of Stettler.

Family relatives, so numerous he always loved to meet with you all.

Many friends throughout his life.  All will remember the heart and soul of gold he had and if he could, would do anything for you up to and even if it was his last dollar. 

Music was his world and he was a Superstar to us all, his family.  We were proud of you Mike.  Sing Loud and Clear in the Angels Choir. 

He was predeceased by his parents Laura and Roland Desilets, brother Joseph, nephews Aaron Desilets and Ashley Cook, niece Renee Desilets and a host of other relatives.

Rest in Peace brother.

No formal funeral service will be held.

Donations in Michael’s memory are gratefully accepted to a charity of the donor’s choice.

Feel no guilt in laughter,

he'd know how much you care.

Feel no sorrow in a smile

that he is not here to share.

You cannot grieve forever,

he would not want you to.

He'd hope that you could carry on

the way you always do.

So, talk about the good times

and the way you showed you cared.

The days you spent together,

all the happiness you shared.

Let memories surround you,

a word someone may say

Will suddenly recapture a time,

an hour, a day,

That brings him back as clearly

as though he were still here,

And fills you with the feeling

that he is always near.

For if you keep those moments,

you will never be apart

And he will live forever locked

safely within your heart.
