I miss you so much, you are my favourite brother and will still always be my favourite. You meant so much to me, I know we used to fight all the time I’m glad we got over that. I wish I could’ve hugged you tighter the last time I saw you, I love you so much and I hope you know that mom, me and Addison miss your face, your voice and just you in general so so much. I have one of your hoodies and I always spray it with a bit of your cologne it still makes me really upset that I’ll never actually see you again. I’ve had so many dreams about you, trying to help you, trying to bring you back to us I miss you and I love you I’ll never be able to replace you.

Aedyn Skuce is a friend who I can undoubtably say has brought much joy to my life, and who I have made many great memories with. I will always appreciate how he made me feel cool, but really his selflessness and kind demeanor set him apart and made him unlike anyone I have met. I could not have asked for a better friend to grow up next to, and I will always remember how he could effortlessly turn a regular social class into a story to tell. My childhood was brighter because of his goofy temperament and his contagious laugh. My most sincere condolences to the family, you're in my thoughts and prayers. Aedyn, I am honored to know you and look forward to seeing you again.

I will never forget looking after you when you were just a little baby/toddler. Having lunch together, bath time with your green frog to hold your toys on the wall and playing together. I will always remember the sweet little boy who wanted to bake cookies for me when we came to visit, Kendra wanted to play with your sisters and you wanted to stay with your Mommy and I. You are such a sweet, handsome gentleman. We love you Aedyn, Forever and a Day.

Aedyn was a great kid! He was passionate about his family. He was so protective of his Dad Rick and spent time reading about Huntingtons to try and understand it. He watched over and looked after his little sisters like a mother hen. He knew his sisters better than anyone else. He was a caregiver and was looking forward to becoming a paramedic. He loved passionately and was intensely loyal. He was the love and pride and joy of his Dad Rick’s life. When Aedyn came to Calgary to go to scooter camp, Rick could barely wait to go see him everyday and Aedyn couldn’t wait to show Rick a new scooter trick. I loved watching him at the scooter park. I can still hear him laugh. Aedyn was adventurous. He always told us he wanted to be a chef so he could try all the new foods and encouraged us to go to the Calgary tower to see as far as we could. I will never forget watching you when you were just a baby, spending time together and taking care of you, making you lunch, and giving you a bath. I will never forget coming to your house, and you were so excited to bake cookies for me. Kendra spent time with your sisters, and you stayed downstairs, spending time with your mom and me. You are such a kind-hearted, caring boy. You will never be forgotten, Aedyn. I can promise you that Aunt Amber loves you so much, Kendra sends her love as well. We will miss you. I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Aedyn. We first met back in Beavers and he was such a great well mannered kid that caught our hearts immediately with his big heart and joyous laugh. Moving forward to when Carrie watched Kaleigh for us, Aedyn helped make her feel part of the family and welcomed her like any big brother would. We have moved apart in the years but whenever I saw Aedyn, he always took the time to say hello with a smile on his face. Thoughts with love and prayers go to all the family.

Aedyn brought so much joy and laughter to us all at the skatepark every day we were there together. I'll never forget the countless hours he put in behind the camera waiting for me to land a new trick while hyping me up to do so.
