My sincere condolences to the family of Hans ! My vegetable eating buddy on the bench seat at my auntie and uncles farm. When I used to visit he would tease and laugh and smile with us kids. My memories are special and light hearted. I remember him fondly and often and will continue to do so. Rest easy my friend .

Kathy and family - So very sorry to hear of Hans passing. We will always remember Hans and his floor curling! Alvin loved to floor with Hans.. We will always remember him showing up in full "dress" when the bonspiel required the team had to be skipped by a "Lady". Hans will be remembered forever for his laughter and the twinkle in his eyes.

It is never easy to lose a loved one in these times we are living in. Hans was a dynamic part of the town of Fleet landscape. Those who knew him had wonderful things to say about him. He will leave a vacancy on the Prairie culture and will be truly missed. My sympathies to your family.

Hi Kathy We are so sorry to hear Hans passed away. He was so active and so cheerful whenever we saw him... it is hard to imagine him gone.(guess we don’t have to tell you that) Most of my memories of Hans are from long ago when he was the biggest tease around.. his sense of humour and sly smile told you.... he did it and proud of it, Hans was one of those people who could pull a prank but you would never be mad at him when you saw the sparkle in his eyes. Hans was always a fond memory at the “Hub”. Always taking your card, if you played an Ace, with his Wizard. He loved to play cards of any kind. He also loved to floor curl. He will be sadly missed
