Our hero and leader left us heartbroken upon his untimely death just short of his 77^th birthday.

Mourning his loss, he leaves his bride Jeanne of 55 years; his children Cindy (Graham) Tester of Cochrane, Alberta, Dr. Rodd Bruntjen (Nedira Leblanc) of Apple Valley, Minnesota, Natalie (Peter) Balkwill of Calgary, Alberta and Jill (James) Schmitt of Cochrane, Alberta; hisgrandchildren Leland and Jesse Tester, Walker and Juno Balkwill, and Charlie, Shelby and Hank Schmitt; numerous nieces, nephews, other family and many friends.
